Mr. Bernard Hensey, Chairman and Director

Bernard is:
- Founder and Chairman of NewCode Technologies a software tools company that allows for rapid migration of legacy code to SOA based platforms.

- Chairman, CEO and Founder of Phive Plasma Technologies; a spin out from DCU, that greatly reduces the cost of manufacturing for PV Solar Cells.

- Founder and director of Aircraft Management Technologies (AMT) a software technology company to provide a solution for distributing workflow and data to aircraft. Customers include Boeing, Singapore Airlines, Rockwell Collins, EasyJet and others. Awarded the "Young Software Company of Year 2002", by the Irish Software Association and also received the ICT excellence award for "Best Example of Mobile Internet Technology" in 2003.

- Group VP Operations, SR Technics. Completed, with the TEAM Aer Lingus management team, the sale of the company to FLS Aerospace.

- Chairman of the R&D Committee for the Irish Software Association. Former Member of the advisory board for the Mechanical Engineering Department, TCD. Former Member of the External Advisory Committee for the EC Commission for the FP6 program.

- MBA, Manchester Business School; BA,BAI Mechanical Engineering, Trinity College Dublin.





Mr. Pat Brazel, Director

Patrick Brazel has over 25 years of experience working in the international financial software industry. He has been instrumental in the strategic growth and success of a number of well-known financial technology organizations. Pat is also Chairman of GoldTier and was previously the CEO of Eontec, the market leader in multi-channel retail banking solutions. Mr. Brazel was responsible for Eontec’s rapid growth and success, and ultimately its acquisition by Siebel Systems in 2004. He was a founder and chairman of Sentry Financial Systems, the pre-eminent provider of collateral management software, prior to its acquisition in 2002 by Algorithmics Inc. Well known for his leadership as president of SunGard Capital Markets, Mr. Brazel led that company to become the dominant player in the derivatives trading and risk management systems market. He holds a Masters degree from Trinity College, Dublin and is a trustee of the Dublin City University Educational Trust.





Mr. Peter Owens, CEO

Peter graduated from the University of Bath and worked as a senior developer for British Telecom Managed Network Systems, Reuters in the City of London and IBM. Peter is an expert on Model-Driven, Pattern-Based Development and a patent inventor in this field. He is a respected speaker on J2EE development, legacy migration, Model Driven Architecture (MDA), Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
