Establish Current State

We start by listening and learning about the current state, your organization, technology, processes and constraints. We capture your high level requirements and help establish a clear consensus among the stakeholders who have been identified as key to the success of your transformation projects. A governance model is created for the program and the stakeholders are engaged as we progress from stage to stage.

Define Future State

Next, we take the requirements identified during the discovery phase and work with you to define the future state including your specific issues and challenges. We take a pragmatic approach using an independent but industry proven set of responses, reference architecture and a transparent business case.

Execute Transformation

We work with you to assemble detailed project plans, program plan and blueprints for your transformation journey. We then move through solution procurement, environment set up, development, quality assurance and service transition.
